I think one of the best ways to be well is to constantly be finding what works for you. There are untold numbers of self-help books, researched back studies, and anecdotal advice from your friends, co-workers, and family. Dan and I love to read books about self-improvement, and watch YouTube videos of speeches, especially Ted Talks, and learn from what other people have applied to their lives.
I’ve complied a lot of tips and tricks, and I love to read about new ways to be happier and more productive, and I’m excited to share these insights with you. We can always be happier and get more done during the day, and I’ll let you know what works for me. Maybe it will work for you too!
